PITTSBURGH – January 25, 2023 – The POWER Chapter of the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA) has announced the launch of its Emerging Leaders program.
The program is dedicated to delivering networking and educational opportunities to students and young professionals in the events and hospitality industries.

“I am so excited about launching this initiative for the chapter,” PCMA POWER Chapter president, Will Engle, said. “The things we’re hoping to do with this program will afford unparalleled opportunities for our student and young professional members, while also providing value to our experienced members in the process.”

The POWER Chapter Emerging Leaders program is dedicated to providing chapter members with:

• Student-led events and events with relevant content to students and young professionals
• Connecting the chapter’s emerging leaders with experienced industry members, using both events and tools like LinkedIn
• Highlighting the great work the chapter’s emerging leaders are already doing

The first Emerging Leaders event will take place this spring, with details to follow.
