Data Protection in an Online World

June 18, 2020 @ 2:00 pm3:00 pm EDT

This virtual event is free for both PCMA POWER Chapter Members & Nonmembers!

COVID-19 meeting restrictions have shifted the focus of attention to massively increased online engagement. This in turn requires the increased collection, storage and manipulation of personal data, making data privacy compliance that much more difficult.

Learn how to comply with the most stringent data protection regulations like the GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act to protect your organizations as you ramp up your online engagement strategies. We will review the regulations, what is required and what tools you can put in place to ensure compliance.

Registered attendees will receive the Zoom link via email prior to the program.
