Last week the POWER Chapter held the inaugural PCMA University, or PCMA U Regional event at the beautiful Hilton Cleveland Downtown.
A total of 13 students in the hospitality and events programs at Kent State University and Mercyhurst University were in attendance.
A panel of industry veterans shared their expertise; Hilton team members from various departments stopped in to share their stories; table mentors answered questions and knowledge-shared during networking time; and the day was capped with a behind-the-scenes tour of the Hilton and a tour of the Huntington Convention Center of Cleveland.
